J. Derek Ingle was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1967. He was raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and attended the University of Tulsa where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing in 1991 and his law degree in 1994. While in law school, Derek was a member of the academic honors fraternity of Phi Delta Phi and was a Federal Judicial Intern to the Honorable Thomas R. Brett, Chief Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
After graduating from law school, Derek began representing large corporations and their insurance companies in civil litigations. After many successful verdicts defending these corporations, Derek switched and began representing individuals in civil litigations against large corporations and their insurance companies.
Derek has been practicing law for 24 years after graduating with honors from the University of Tulsa. He has a reputation as a hugely talented lawyer. When Derek is examining a witness, the witness is always well-advised to tell the truth.
